This fall, Art & Public Policy (APP) launched a new collaboration with Manhattan Theater Club’s Learning and Community Engagement Office. This growing partnership provides APP students with access to MTC productions, opportunities for our faculty to serve as guest speakers and curators of talkbacks, and strengthens our department’s connections to the field. At its core, the collaboration reflects our shared commitment to centering art while cultivating the next generation of artists, art-makers, and cultural thinkers.
On September 23rd, APP and Performance Studies students attended an evening preview of the new play Punch, followed by a private talkback with cast member and NYU alum Kim Fischer, curated by APP faculty members Pato Hebert and Michael McElroy.
