NYU Tisch and Effat University Partner in Visual and Digital Production Program

NYU Tisch School of the Arts is a proud partner of Effat University’s Visual and Digital Production Program. Effat is the first all female university in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dean of Tisch School of the Arts Allyson Green, and President of Effat University Dr. Haifa Jamal AlLail, officially established the partnership in September 2017. Tisch faculty and administrators visit Effat University each year to offer workshops and talks on various topics of filmmaking. The collaboration provides students opportunities to develop their skills in cinematic storytelling. Tisch faculty will be visiting Effat in March 2020.
