Green Violet Script Call

The inaugural Green Violet Script Call invites all Tisch students and staff to write a play, episodic pilot, or screenplay (10-120 pages) that addresses climate change. All scripts are due Earth Day 2023 (11:59pm April 22), and the three most compelling scripts will be awarded a cash prize and professional script consultation.

As artists, we know story captures hearts and minds and is one of the most powerful tools the activist has. This is an opportunity for storytellers, many of whom feel ignored and/or paralyzed to be heard and take action.

-Scripts must be original (no adaptations)
-Collaborations are welcome (and encouraged)
-Scripts should adhere to standard formatting for the relevant medium
