Will art save the world? What's in it for the sciences?
"What's in it for the sciences?" is the third seminar within the series "Will art save the world?" - a public seminar series where the role of artistic research within different fields will be debated.
The third seminar in a planned series of four, is focusing on the sciences. The idea is to discuss the role of artistic research and what it can mean for the sciences. We will criticize, discuss, speculate, dream and problematize what artistic research can mean for the field of art, for the society, and for the sciences.

Within the open series ”Will art save the world?” we turn to the different areas that traditionally has views on what the artistic research can mean for the arts: artists, cultural institutions and the other academic areas humanities and sciences. The fourth and last seminar "What's in it for the humanities and the social sciences?" will be June the 3rd, at the same time and location.
