About the Publication
BE Magazine is the Künstlerhaus’ yearbook, presenting artists every year who have recently been or continue to be guests there on scholarships. Be #29 presents 20 scholarship holders in texts written by renowned authors especially for the magazine, as well as through the usual extensive, colourful photo spreads, which convey a powerful impression of their artworks. A comprehensive and updated information section on the history of Künstlerhaus Bethanien is also included, and in addition, Be #29 contains an overview of the scholarship programme, various project formats, the latest exhibitions, and current publications. The continuation of Robert Seidel’s video series Phantom Horizons is documented as well, this time with contributions on six artists, including two guest artists from Ukraine.
