October 15th is the 100th birthday of Michel Foucault. 2026 is also the centennial year of two of the twentieth-century’s most influential and revolutionary musicians: John Coltrane and Miles Davis. At this forum, we will stage an encounter between these three figures, seeing what happens when we play them with and against each other.
