Published in November 2025, Alphabet in Motion by ITP/IMA Adjunct Faculty Member Kelli Anderson is a pop-up book about how letters get their shapes. Six years in the making, this book is an interactive exploration of the history of typography, and the engineering of its pop-up mechanisms is as elegant and beautiful as the letterforms they illustrate!
