Rebecca Lieberman is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Brooklyn, New York. She employs emerging storytelling formats such as virtual reality, computational imaging and participatory installation to investigate the ways in which technology is reshaping intimacy, interiority, and memory, both personal and collective. 

Her work has been shown at Flux Factory, New York Daily News Innovation Lab, Institute for the Future, NYC Media Lab, Red Bull Studios (NYC),  Anthony Greaney Gallery (Boston), Human Resources (Los Angeles), the Harvard Museum of Natural History and The Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts (Cambridge, MA).

Rebecca received her Masters Degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program and graduated from the Department of Visual and Environmental Studies at Harvard University in 2010. She is a currently a resident Research Fellow at NYU ITP for the 2016-2017 academic year.
