Alumnus Eric Cohen has won the NYU Tisch Alfred P. Sloan Foundation film development grant. The grant is awarded to a film that tells “realistic and dramatic stories about science and technology.”
The $100,000 grant will be used to help produce Cohen's film The Radioactive Boy Scout, which is based on a true story about a 17-year-old boy scout who built a nuclear reactor in his backyard.
