Cinthya Franco is an Ecuadorian filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY. Inspired by her Ecuadorian roots and the layered stories of her community, Franco’s work reflects a profound curiosity about the human condition, its fragility and contradictions. Her work invites audiences into worlds that are intimate, complex, and absurd. She’s currently an MFA candidate at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she’s developing her first feature film.
