Alyssa DiMartino is an Italian-American Writer/Director born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Her writing innately centers female and queer voices, and discusses topics of gender-disparity, violence against women, and the unavoidable trauma that binds itself to girlhood.

In 2017, Alyssa began attending New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and by 2020 she had graduated with a BFA in Film and a Minor in Child & Adolescent Psychology. Since then, she has worked in the entertainment industry as an Art-PA, Producer, and Production Designer.

Inspired by the prospect of creating positive social change through art, Alyssa hopes to develop multi-dimensional, honest characters that help humanize those around us
