In the week leading up to Fernando's move out to Winston-Salem, North Carolina to join a Single A minor league baseball team, Fernando's twin brother qualifies to a national baseball tournament back home in Mexico. As Fernando ponders what his future in the United States will be, he begins to question whether leaving home was the right choice. When he witnesses a teammate interacting with his younger brother at a party, Fernando makes the difficult choice of leaving his dream of major league baseball behind to be reunited with his twin brother in Mexico.
