Synopsis: Led by Pastor Inhyun Ryu, New Frontier Church (NFC) is a Korean diaspora-based presbyterian church that aims to help raise the next generation and make them live as disciples of Christ. The church started as a Young Adults ministry of NJ Chodae church and became their own church as the young adults fostered families. Like how they started, NFC’s vision is to establish the next generation’s worship community and churches where it is needed. The documentary will follow the reason why the Korean young generation decide to leave the churches and how NFC assists the young generation to assimilate in the United States. Using interviews and archival footage, the film will present snippets of what it takes to lead a church in Manhattan as an immigrant.

Jaegeun Park is a Junior at NYU Tisch School of The Arts, studying Film and TV. He is originally from Cheongju,South Korea but moved to the United States when he was in 9th grade. He worked as a DP in multiple student films at NYU. He was a photographer and cinematographer in "The 3rd Flying Training Wing Air Force Base."
