Margaret and Alex, two young health inspectors-in-training, compete for the title of "prom queen" at their health inspecting academy by arresting villains acting in violation of the health code.

Scottie Harvey is a writer and animator from Los Angeles, California. Scottie received her BFA in Film & TV from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, and is continuing her studies at NYU in the Graduate Department of Dramatic Writing. Inspector Margaret is Scottie's first project that isn't about a murderous, yet charming dog. Scottie's interests include clowns, tall boots, and the ducks that wear them.
