One night during WWII, Michele and as his platoon get lost in a cold, Russian forest on the front. As hopes of survival get slimmer, his comrade Giancarlo suggests that they drink vodka together to warm up. Michele's life is forever changed upon realizing the morning after that he's the only survivor to a Russian attack perpetrated overnight.

Edoardo Vitaletti is a NYC-based, Italian Writer, Director and 1st Assistant Director, currently attending NYU's Tisch School of the Arts as a Senior. After completing his high school studies in Monza, Italy, where he graduated in Classical Studies, Vitaletti moved to New York to attend film school. Ever since coming to the US, Vitaletti has developed his own style, creating original content throughout different media: from narrative short films (which granted him participation to 7 film festivals in Europe, South and North America), to Virtual Reality projects (Rite of Birth, which he produced and co-wrote, won Best Experimental Film at the 360 VR Film Contest and was nominated in the Music category for the world-wide Samsung Creator Awards), to commercials. He is currently developing his first feature film under the working title of "The Story of Tiresias", which he wrote and is set to direct in 2019.
