Israel, Winter 1991. Under the threat of a chemical attack, an immigrant Russian boy and a local Kibbutz girl leaves their underground bomb shelter and go on an excursion of escapism and budding love in the wilds.

Na’ama Keha is a New York based filmmaker. She was born in Kibbutz Givat Brenner, Israel. At the age of 18, Na’ama spent her 2 years mandatory military service in the IDF as a news reporter for 'Galei Zahal' a national radio station. As a journalist, she broadcast live during the 2nd Lebanon War and the 2nd Intifada. She graduated from Tel Aviv University with honors receiving the Dean’s award for Excellence. 

In 2012 she wrote the short film, “Now and Forever”, and in 2014 she wrote, directed and produced. “Keep It Cool.” These two films, exploring complex personal and social issues of contemporary life in Israel, have been shown at film festivals in Venice, Israel, France, Sweden, South Korea, Portugal, India, Canada and the United States.

Na’ama is currently pursuing her M.F.A. in Film Production at Tisch NYU, as a recipient of the TSOA Dean’s fellowship. She is also a recipient of the ISEF international fellowship for her academic achievements and the recipient of 2018 Ronit Elkabetz “Rising Star” Pomegranate Award.
