In the near future, a criminal is roped into helping a group flee from an oppressive government surveillance system.
Born and raised in Toronto, Lazar started acting from age three in various commercials, TV, theatre and radio projects. This sparked his interest in film as he started to gravitate to behind the scenes work.
Lazar's first short film aired on Roger's TV in Toronto. Marvin, his second short film was accepted into nine film festivals winning three awards. His most recent short film The Spotter is currently doing a festival run.
