Kavita Parekh is a 24 year old film writer and director residing in Portland, OR. Texas bred and New York educated, this young artist is currently producing a feature documentary and an educational series for Dr. Alok Kanojia. Her latest narrative short, "Two Tickets to Mars" received the Makower Family Post Production Grant. She aims to tell captivating and compelling stories, investigate the female experience, and honor formal minimalism.
