A restaurant hostess copes with her toxic work environment by escaping into her imagination, but as her night shift progresses, she begins to lose touch with reality.

Dylan Gee is a freelance filmmaker based in New York City. In the spring of 2020 she was the creative assistant to artist Hebru Brantley. Currently she is an A&R coordinator at BeApp, a live show streaming app. She is also working on her next film, an experimental short that contemplates hyperreality and some of the theories of the French philosopher Jean Baudrillard. The film is being commissioned through Beyond The Machine, a multimedia performance organized by the Juilliard School.
