Congratulations to Jessica Bardsley, an assistant professor of experimental film and media, and Talia Lugacy '01 (BFA, Kanbar Institute, Film & TV) who have been awarded 2025 Guggenheim Fellowships!
This year, 198 recipients including four New York University professors, were chosen from nearly 3,500 applicants in the United States and Canada. 8 Tisch alumni and faculty were chosen for this prestigious fellowship.
“We believe that these creative thinkers can take on the challenges we all face today and guide our society towards a better and more hopeful future,” said Edward Hirsch, president of the Guggenheim Foundation.
