Wendy Zhao is an independent animator and producer. She was the senior producer at Bill Plympton's animation studio and she edited Signe Baumane's feature "Rocks In My Pockets". Wendy's film "My First Sessions" was published by The New Yorker Documentary in 2020. She directs animated music videos for Verve Records, the most recent being "Cheek to Cheek" by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.
