Live Action Pilot for Tweens
Remember shows like iCarly, That’s So Rave, Boy Meets World & Drake & Josh?
Want to be a Showrunner for this audience?
If you want to CREATE your own LIVE ACTION PILOT FOR TWEENS (ages 9-12) here’s your chance! SUBMIT a pitch (each pilot no more than 20 minutes in length) to be written and produced in Children’s Television Production Workshop (FMTV-UT 1222) this coming spring. If your pitch is selected by a panel of TV faculty, you will become the SHOWRUNNER of your own original PILOT.
Your pitch must contain the following: pilot title; reason why your idea will connect to age group; description of protagonist and core characters; possible storyline, and character arcs.
SUBMISSIONS will be accepted between October 14th and October 31st.
Please send them to Professor Lynne McVeigh at em1@nyu.edu.
