Pamela Pietro speaks at conference in Bangkok
Associate Arts Professor, Pamela Pietro, spent the spring break as a presenter to the 17th Annual EARCOS Teachers Conference 2019.
The conference took place in International School Bangkok, Thailand, from March 21-23, 2019. The theme for this year's conference was "Future Movers and Makers." The objectives for this conference were to promote intercultural understanding, broaden the dimensions of education, advance professional growth and welfare, and facilitiate community between organizations and individuals pursuing these objectives.
Professor Pietro spoke on a variety of topics throughout the conference. She lead sessions throughout the week on pedagogical inquiry, improvisation as a tool for solution-based curriculum, somatics cross-training, and female leadership in academia.
