A short film by Caden Martel (Collaborative Arts '28), Angel Gonzalez (Collaborative Arts '28), and Lexi Zhang (Open Arts) will open the Trans*Script Shorts Program at the Hamburg Short Film Festival in June.
The film, Serve, was created in the Collaborative Arts Queer Cinema course, taught by Prof. Sophie Holzberger in Fall 2025. Serve asks what fame promises in the context of late capitalist realism when visibility becomes currency and the self becomes a speculative asset.
