Dissertation

Title: Mosaic Delhi: Media, Memory and Citizenship

Supervisor: Robert Stam

My dissertation project studies the city of Delhi in the new millennium across film, music videos and other moving-images practices. The dissertation posits Delhi as a cinematic and mediatized site across overlapping media ecologies through their encounters with space, gendered loitering, migration and hip-hop sensibilities.
