Matthew Yang

Matthew is Research Fellow at the Digital Preservation Outreach and Education Network (DPOE-N) and Restoration Intern at Cineric Inc. He worked in digital preservation and film restoration at the Asian Film Archive in Singapore where he successfully managed restorations that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). Most recently, he organized Singapore's first Home Movie Day and presented on the challenges of restoring non-feature films at the 2022 FIAF Congress.
