Amanda McQueen

Amanda McQueen is a film & media historian with a PhD in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is interested in the preservation of physical media formats, particularly nitrate film, as well as questions related to access, education & community outreach. She hopes to explore how archival institutions & collections can help construct & deconstruct historical, cultural & political narratives.
