In 2016, advertising executive George Lois donated his professional collection to City College of New York. My job was to help bring this collection under physical & intellectual control so that the materials can be digitized & made accessible for study & research. The bulk of the internship consisted of organizing the materials in the physical space & creating a detailed, item-level inventory. I also did some preliminary research on possible grants & wrote a report outlining the necessary next steps for each format in the collection.
