What excites you most about this year?

I am so overjoyed to be a part of this program! My doctors gave me a rather bleak picture of what my life would look like because of my health, and I am thrilled to have proven them wrong. I cannot wait to learn all that I can and engage with my incredible professors and peers, have illuminating and uncomfortable conversations, and work towards becoming a better artist, advocate, and person. I truly feel like I am getting a new lease on life. I feel so grateful and ready to take full advantage of it.
