Aleta Lee is a Public Art Project Manager for the San Francisco Arts Commission. Her role includes working closely with artists from local to international level and directing permanent and temporary public art installations throughout San Francisco. Previously, Aleta managed communications and exhibitions at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center; supported public programming and art education at the Chinati Foundation in Marfa, Texas; and provided marketing consultancy work for the Asian American Art Centre in New York City.

Outside of work, Aleta is a practicing visual artist in graphic collage, screen printing, and painting. Aleta volunteers for the Burning Man Project in the ARTery program and is a volunteer Team Lead at Reality SF for the Creative Collective.
