Professor Pato Hebert's exhibition "Incandescent Movements: Performance and Light in Pato Hebert's Photography" at the Institute for Creative inquiry at James Madison University - a restrospective on Hebert's last 2 decades of work, was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hebert was also diagnosed with COVID-19 in March. He has documented his recovery in isolation in Los Angeles, further uncovering and exploring themes of connecteness, disease & health that are present in his larger body work as both artist & activist/ organizer.

You can view Pato Hebert's image in the online exhbition Isolation hosted by the Midwest Center for Photography. He also participated in a Q & A with Diana McClure for the Duggal Visual Solutions Blog.
