Arts Politics Professor Grace Aneiza Ali was honored with the 2019 Creative Trailblazer Award at the Jahajee Sisters Indo-Caribbean Women’s Empowerment Summit this past October 12th.
Jahajee Sisters is a movement-building organization, led by Indo-Caribbean women, committed to creating a safe and equitable society for women and girls to foster solidarity and empowerment through dialogue, healing, the arts, leadership development and grassroots organizing.
