Art and Public Policy Alum Bidisha Mahapatra brings her passion for the arts and expertise in content strategy and art curation to the forefront as part of the latest edition of the Serendipity Arts Festival in Goa. This annual extravaganza, hailed as one of South Asia’s most distinctive multi-disciplinary arts events, serves as a vibrant platform curated by renowned artists and institutional figures, aiming to catalyze transformative change within India’s artistic landscape.
With 250+ events spread across 18 venues, the festival not only celebrates artistic excellence but also confronts pressing social issues such as arts education, cultural patronage, interdisciplinary discourse, and equitable access to the arts.
Bidisha is currently working with the Serendipity Arts Foundation at the intersection of art and advocacy, facilitating a dynamic platform for artistic expression, dialogue, and social engagement, enriching the cultural fabric of the region and beyond.
