Tisch West: Alexander Master Class

Join Tisch Actors West for an exclusive Alexander Technique Master Class with Brett Hershey of Alexander Tech LA! Together, let’s better our craft and alignment in a hands-on 90 minute session with one of the best Alexander teachers in town.

A little about Brett: Brett has been studying Alexander for over fifteen years, and is currently the resident Alexander faculty at UCLA’s wellness program and teacher at John Rosenfeld Studios. He specializes in improving posture, reducing pain, and increasing performance by teaching you how to more efficiently use your body.

Class enrollment is limited to 12 people, so reserve your space now! Cost is $20, to be paid upon RSVP.

Those with previous movement and alignment training are encouraged to join
