A Virtual Conversation with Tisch Alumnus Felix Thompson '09

Tisch West invites you to a virtual Q+A conversation with NYU alumnus, Felix Thompson ’09 (BFA, Kanbar Film & TV), the director and supervising producer of multiple episodes of the recent Netflix series, The Letter for the King. Previously, he wrote and directed the feature film King Jack which won the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival Audience Award and a 2016 Film Independent Spirit Award. His numerous short films have also played at film festivals worldwide. He will answer questions about the unique journey of his directing and screenwriting career, making the leap to directing a huge, fantasy-based epic, his experiences on the film festival circuit, and give advice for aspiring writer/directors.
