Adjunct Instructor

I'm a multidisciplinary artist from San Jose, CA specializing in 3D animation and music production. My work is a direct result of trying to understand the world around me, and serves as a catalog of my discoveries. I'm obsessed with the process of learning something new, and the unique randomness that occurs in the creative output during that period. I'm constantly immersing myself in whatever is currently inspiring me. Whether it's early 2000s video game graphics, physics, programming, people watching, pouring liquid nitrogen into your CPU to run Doom at 1000 fps, anything can be a source of knowledge for research and development.

I use Blender for my 3D work along with all sorts of old defunct software. I've built my own analog video processors and have an extensive collection of physical media, VHS, magazines, toys, records and other collectibles. I believe it is important to have a very tangible experience with whatever medium you're working with, trying out new approaches, experimenting with strange gear, and studying techniques of those who came before us.
