Walker Perry serves as the Technical Operations Supervisor at Collaborative Arts. He holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University. He started his career as an environmental science communicator for Rutgers University’s Institute of Earth Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences, working to bring the University’s off-campus scientific research from the field station to the general public.

For the past five years, Walker has worked as a Media Specialist on Rutgers’ Teaching and Learning with Technology unit, helping faculty design and create multimedia for their online and hybrid courses. In this role, he collaborated with faculty on a wide array of subjects, ranging from surgical best practices for midwifery to the Global Asia/Pacific Art Exchange at the Venice Biennale in 2022.  

Additionally, Walker is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and audio engineer specializing in analog synthesis and sound design. In his free time, he runs a small recording studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn which houses his collection of rare, vintage recording equipment.
