Heidi Latsky On Display Global

On Display Global

ON DISPLAY GLOBAL (ODG) is a worldwide initiative honoring the United Nations' International Day of Persons with Disabilities created by Heidi Latsky Dance.

It began in 2015 with two sites, New York, NY and Hobart, Australia and has since developed into a thriving and growing network of participants. Normally performed in-person at dozens of locations around the globe, the 6th annual ON DISPLAY GLOBAL 2020 was a large-scale 24-hour Zoom performance event bringing together representatives from over 30 countries and 4,000 viewers from vastly different time-zones.

Notable locations over the years have included rooftops in Tehran, NYU Tisch School for the Arts, the United Nations, the Whitney Museum of American Modern Art in NYC, National Portrait Gallery in DC, Shanghai Himalayas Museum, Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, the Widener Library at Harvard University, and the Oil Tank Cultural Park in Seoul.

Because of COVID-19, ODG will be a 24-hour live Zoom event that audience members and performers can move into and out of throughout the day.
