In My Blood, written, directed, and produced by Grad Film alum Alex Bendo, received the Independent TV Pilot Jury Award at 2026 SXSW.
Logline: Desperate to live up to his father’s expectations, a talented but inconsistent minor league baseball player turns to steroids, igniting a dangerous transformation of body and mind.
The film was also produced by Grad Film alumni Yumeng Han, Max Wilson, Jorge Sistos Moreno, MFA candidate Elias Putnam, and executive produced by MBA/MFA alum Lexi Preiser. The film was Assistant Directed by alum Sofia Camargo and edited by alumni Alex Bendo and Jorge Sistos Moreno.
