DPI Students Featured in Thesis Shows Around the World

Thursday, May 21, 2020

Because of COVID-19, and the necessary closures of schools, many students in undergraduate and graduate art programs around the world were not able to install their annual thesis shows on campuses this school year. This was disappointing, and in many cases, devastating. As a response, multiple institutions organized compilations of graduating student work to showcase to the public.

We are very excited to announce that in addition to our online thesis SHOW ONE and SHOW TWO, our students are participating in a number of international thesis shows online. We would like to extend a special thanks to the students and faculty of RISD who organized Thesis Shows 2020, especially Laurel Nakadate and Brian Ulrich, as well as David Quiles Guilló who organized the Wrong Degree Show, and Adam Fried and Paige Labuda who served as NYU's student representatives for the STP BFA Show 2020.
