Liberal Studies presents its inaugural Black History Month series, “The Black Experience in America.”
The four-part series works to engage NYU and its surrounding communities in dialogues centering how Black people navigate, dialogue and make sense of their daily lives in the United States. The gatherings host authors, scholars, activists and artists to discuss their work in unfolding and understanding the complexities of identity in the age of globalization.
