The Mean-Eyed Cat’s a dive bar with a Johnny Cash fetish, a big outdoor space, and plenty of Stubb’s barbecue — so feel free to come hungry. Or just swing by for a beer or other beverage of choice.
This is the spot we were at last year. It’s maybe a 25 minute walk from the downtown area — easily pedicab-able. And I’ll have a car so if you’re planning on being there early I’ll happily scoop some folks up, just drop me a note. Parking’s pretty easy around that area, as well.
