ITP Student Ashley Jane Lewis has joined Genspace as an instructor, teaching "Biocultures as Interactive Storytelling". From Genspace:

New Instructor Feature: Meet Ashley Jane Lewis

If you’ve been following our Instagram, you’ve probably seen our Science Communication Ambassador’s posts about the wonderful work happening at Genspace followed by her hashtag #BioArtAshley. Ashley Jane Lewis is a Tech Educator and Interactive Artist with a focus on bioart, Afrofuturism, and speculative design. In the summer of 2016, she was listed in the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada. She has exhibited her new media work in both Canada and the US, most notably featured on the White House website during the Obama presidency. She is now studying to get her masters at ITP (Interactive Telecommunications) at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
