Shreiya Chowdhary is a programmer and Creative Technologist, and has a diverse professional background that includes representing India in Women's Skeet Shotgun events around the world, and making comics for "Comic-Con".
In this talk, Shreiya uses cartoon sketches and her humorous 'anxiety monster' to depict her story of using self-doubt as a fuel to propel her towards her goals. Through her sketches, she reveals how her anxiety monster dictates most of her life decisions, and how not attaining societal 'perfection' could actually be a good thing.
Shreiya Chowdhary's unique work profile involves exploring possibilities with various micro-controllers to create fun yet functional devices out of inanimate objects. With humour and a background in copywriting, she excels in giving life to all insentient entities with the help of programming and embedded electronics. Her latest project "Artificial Unintelligence" involves designing bots to NOT perform the tasks as expected - the 'beauty' of her work.
