Diana Freed, ITP '15 and current Cornell Tech PhD student's collaborative research receives a special Recognition of Contribution to Diversity and Inclusion at this year’s 2018 ACM Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing(CSCW) for efforts for serving under-represented or marginalized communities. Her research on the role of digital technologies in the intimate partner violence ecosystem is done in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence.
