Yutian Wang

Yutian Wang is a Soprano of the Shanghai Rainbow Chamber Singers. Involving numerous artistic collaborations further inspired her new artistic perspectives. She explores the boundaries of media art, music, and the human senses. Driven by her passion for music and art, she embarks on a quest to uncover new dimensions where these artistic realms converge. With a rich background in music from an early age, Yutian has cultivated a multiple understanding of its power and continues to explore the expansive possibilities.

In her IMA thesis project, Ripple of Emotion, Yutian employs installations, media art, and interactive experiences, evoking a sense of wonder and contemplation. By integrating elements of technology and psychology of art into her artistic practice, she challenges conventional notions of art and invites viewers to embark on a journey of discovery and reflection.
