Join us in celebrating Black History Month throughout February! Explore the world of Julian's art as we proudly showcase a collection on the 4th floor gallery and connect with the artist himself.
Julian Adon Alexander (b. 1998, New York, NY) is a Queens-based visual artist that seeks to tell relatable stories of the many ways human emotion can manifest itself, using imagery that evokes a response of comfort and nostalgia. Alexander’s works achieve this by candidly depicting everyday people, places, and media that one may interact with passively and not otherwise pay attention to. Alexander has received a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, and has exhibited in numerous venues such as The School of Visual Arts (2020), Swivel Gallery (2021, 2022), and Ross + Kramer (2021).
