Important Note from Kevin Dyer and April Harris to all participants in the call: As licensed attorneys in the State of New York, we are required to make certain that everyone understands that we are not able to, and will not be providing personalized legal advice during the conference call on Thursday. While we may be talking about legal issues, we cannot provide personalized legal advice, and our comments should not be relied upon as legal advice. To provide personalized legal advice would require that we have an in-depth understanding of the facts of each person’s circumstances, which we do not have. As a result, we are only able to provide generalized information. Please understand also that participation in the call does not create an attorney client relationship. Immigration law is extremely personal; any one fact in a particular situation may be of great importance to a case, and dramatically and dispositively affect the outcome. Anyone in need of legal advice should seek the help of our office directly, by establishing an express written attorney/client relationship; or seek the advice of any independent, trained and licensed attorney in his or her jurisdiction. Dyer Harris LLP disclaims any liability or damages that result from any actions taken as a result of information provided on this website. We make this warning and disclaimer of liability to protect not only ourselves, but to protect you, the reader and participants in the conference call.
