OUTPUT Digital Art Award Open Call & OUTPUT Lab Recruitment

OUTPUT is launching its first Digital Art Award, calling for entries from artists all over the world who work with digital and computational media. Submission format includes but not restricted to video, installation, game, web, mobile app, sound, XR and wearable.

OUTPUT will provide winning artists with high-quality resources, exposure, and opportunities. An annual group exhibition and various programs will be held to showcase the work of winning artists. OUTPUT works with cutting-edge artists across the globe, in collaboration with leading curators, collectors, institutions, and professionals in related fields. The awardees will also be offered opportunities to collaborate with OUTPUT Lab and be represented by OUTPUT. OUTPUT seeks to promote represented artists and artworks via multiple channels such as media matrix, brand partnership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration from online and offline platforms.

On April 26th, 2-3 PM, ITP grads and Lab members Yang Wang (Class of 2014) and Franklin Zhu (Class of 2017) will be joining us to talk about the Lab and answer any questions you may have about the open call.

OUTPUT Lab is the applied research arm of OUTPUT, specializing in the research and development of computational and interactive art. While providing support to OUTPUT’s regular programming, the Lab aims to become a leading voice in the space of experiential design and development, constantly pushing boundaries and advancing practices in art, technology, and education.
