No where else in the world can you find the range of disciplines in one school. Over the last 50 years as we forged new programs, built our home in New York and expanded to our global academic centers, institutes emerged. Each are built with shared values, common goals, and a priority for putting students first. The result – a place where artists and scholars create the future.
Join us for a tour of the new and improved Enigma Public, a free platform that connects people to public data! Learn how to explore tens of thousands of datasets through full-text search, filtering, and quick statistics. Incorporate public data into your own work using our redesigned API or by exporting the data to .csv files.
In this talk we will also highlight problems around building interfaces for extremely heterogeneous datasets, and touch on some of the ways that we’ve put public data to use, like our Labs projects on sanctions, health and the North Dakota energy boom.
Enigma is a data technology company with public data at its core. We’re hiring across a number of roles!
